Rocketing downhill at an incredible 135 mph on skis in the Winter Olympics, Vince Poscente went from recreational skier to Olympic athlete in just four short years. He later took that same determination to business, helping Fortune 500 companies achieve massive breakthroughs with his “do what the competition is not willing to do” approach to obstacles and resilience.

Vince Poscente is a New York Times bestselling author of seven books, an award-winning sales and marketing executive, an Olympian and a Hall of Fame Speaker in both Canada and the USA. Over the past decade, Vince has led expeditions in the Himalayas to name mountains after everyday heroes. He holds a master’s degree in organizational management. Vince lives in Dallas with his wife of over twenty years and his three children.
